What is an Escape Room? | + |
An escape room, also known as an "escape game" or "exit game", is a physical adventure
game in which players solve a series of puzzles and riddles using clues, hints, and strategy
to complete the objectives at hand. Players are given a set time limit to unveil the secret
plot which is hidden within the rooms.
Are we really locked in? | + |
No, You're free to leave the room at any time, however the game timer will continue to countdown.
We encourage guests to use the restroom before your game starts.
What ages can participate? | + |
Our games are designed for players of ages 5 and above, however a ticketed adult must be present in each game.
How many players can participate? | + |
Each room will have a minimum and maximum listed on the game details.
Can our team play with just us? | + |
Yes, currently all our games are private.
What is the price? | + |
Each ticket is $40.00. We do not charge any additional booking or processing fees. Sales Tax is collected as required.
Can we add extra players after we made our reservation? | + |
Yes, you can add participants up the maximum for the game at check-in. Please arrive 15 minutes early so we have time to collect payment.
When should we arrive? | + |
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your reservation to allow us time to ensure the group is ready to participate,
complete required waivers, and have time to explain the rules for the game. Late arrivals may not receive the full game time.
Do you offer refunds or rescheduling? | + |
Each experience is considered a live event and we are unable to offer refunds after you have made your reservation.

YES! We will be happy to host your special event. We have special customization options for private events.
